Galleria Alessandra Bonomo is pleased to announce Graeme Todd’s new showStreet Hermit. Street Hermitis a collection of small works painted on wood, made by Graeme Todd in 2016 during a period of residency in Monteluco, in the mountains near Spoleto, where he had visited before. Monteluco ties its history to the hermits since the fifth century AD, when some monks coming from Syria settled on the mountain and turned it into a place of worship. To this day its mystical tradition continues through the cult of Saint Francis.
