The exhibition of the Swiss artist Silvia Bächli opens in Rome at the Alessandra Bonomo Gallery in Via del Gesù 62 with an installation of drawings and objects created for the gallery space. “My work mainly consists of drawings and paintings on paper. From the many works that I make, I select groups of drawings that together can compose real installations. Articulated over time, the composition process leads to the definition of the scheme for the installation of the works and this becomes progressively definitive through experimentation and confirmation on the surfaces of the studio. However, only some of the works find space in these ensembles, many of them in fact remain unique works “. (Silvia Bächli)
